Bill has spent over 40 years litigating, resolving and winning tough cases on both sides of the aisle. An AV-rated attorney and former President of the Fayette County Bar Association, Bill has experience prosecuting and defending complex commercial litigation cases, partnership and corporate governance disputes, bankruptcy matters, personal injury cases, and employment disputes, among many others. He has been lead counsel in almost 1,000 cases, as both plaintiff’s counsel and defense counsel, and, as a result, has familiarity with how judges, juries, and attorneys on both sides of the bar think and evaluate cases.
